SHOP INFO & POLICY FAQs

  • Yes! All mockups, even freebies, can be used for personal and commercial use. This means they are perfect for shop listings and social media advertising. Please do not resell, relist or redistribute the mockups you download.

  • Mockups that have been purchased are not eligible for refunds apart from if technical issues arise (this does not include not checking for compatibility). Mockups are compatible with Desktop versions of Adobe Photoshop, and Photopea. ZIP files must be extracted on a computer, these will not work on mobile/iPad. These mockups do not work with Canva, GIMP or other apps, please check you have a compatible programme before purchase. Refunds will not be provided on digital items if purchased without checking you are intending to use on a compatible application.

  • Digital downloads will be sent immediately after purchase to the provided email, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive this email, please get in contact with your order number just to make me aware you have not got your download link yet.

    Physical products, like prints, can take up to 5-12 working days for delivery, all prints are made to order, so please take print times into account.

  • Any physical products, like prints, can be refunded if damaged on arrival or if the package is missing. Please do provide photos of damaged goods. This is for compensation from couriers.

    Please note all prints, tees etc are made to order, so refunds will not be given on a "change your mind" basis.

  • No, mockups only work on the desktop version of Photoshop and the Photopea application. Mockups are not compatible with any other apps on desktop, mobile or tablet. Please check you have the correct application before purchase, unfortunately refunds will not be given if you have purchased without checking this, due to the nature of digital items not being able to be returned.

  • Mockups are made via a mixture real life photography and Midjourney/Adobe Generative imagery, depending on which mockups purchased.
